Metabolic Dessert

Wow! I can't believe I can eat those thing I love the most!

Blueberries gr 50
Whipped cream gr. 8
Shredded coconut gr. 3
Cinnamon powder

I love whipped cream and blueberries!

Sounds like a gift, after today's work-out!

Right amount of sugars for glicogen to fill the muscles and good fats, always nevessary!
