What did I learn from this?
Well, 1st of all I got problems with CHO and increasing too much their daily intake and, even worst, increasing for days put me in a condition to gain a lot of wait in just a few days (3.5 kgs in 4 days)!!
2nd, when you're on diet, I mean, when you're on a controlled regimen and you're in there for a long period, you can easily go back in track in a few days of right-eating&training.
Now it's time to move forward! Once get back to the right start, it's time to set our goals again.
Gym gives me strenght of body and mind !
