Happy Metabolic Breakfast!

A cup of Strawberries
Lemon juice
Shredded coconut
Whipped cream
Cinnamon

Started with a part of my daily intake of Cho - 5 gr out of 30.
Red fruits are one of the fruits with less sugar on it and they're rich in antioxidants.
Optimum source of Cho.
